Qualifications: BE/ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg.) degree in Mining Engineering/ Mechanical Engg./ Electrical Engg./ Computer Science Engg./ Civil Engg./ Electronics Engineering with at least 55% marks and one publication in SCI Journal and should have completed at least two years of post BE/ B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) research experience. Or M.Tech./ ME degree in Mining Engg./ Mine Safety Engg./ Mechanical Engg./ Electrical Engg./ Electronics Engineering/ Computer Science Engg./ Civil Engg. with at least 60% marks. Or BE/ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg.) degree in Mining Engineering/ Mechanical Engg./ Electrical Engg./ Computer Science/ Civil Engg./ Electronics Engineering with at least 60% marks and two years research experience as on the last date of application.
