National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) is looking for Young Engineering Graduates for recruitment to fill up 125 Vacancies of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Metallurgy, Civil, Mining, Chemical and Computer Science.

Total Vacancies: 125 (SC-19, ST-09, OBC-33) (15 posts are reserved for PWD[OH(05) and HH(10)])


Age limit: 30 years as on 30.06.2014 i.e. candidates born before 30.06.1984 need not apply.

Compensation Package: Rs.16400 - 3% - 40500/- during one year training; After successful completion of training, they will be absorbed as Jr. Manager at E1 grade in the pay scale of Rs.24900-3%-50500/-.

Educational Qualifications:

(a) Full time regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology with not less than 65% marks in aggregate for Unreserved(UR) & Other Backward Class(OBC) and 55% of marks for SC/ST/PWD category taking average of all the semesters/years, irrespective of the weightage given to any particular semester/year by the Institute/University.
(b) For Computer Science discipline candidates having three years full time regular course in Master's Degree in Computer Application(MCA) with 65% of marks in aggregate for Unreserved(UR) & Other Backward Class(OBC) and 55% marks in aggregate for SC/ST/PWD in both graduation and post graduation level are also eligible to apply.

Selection Process: Based on the GATE-2014 Score and Organizational requirement, the candidates will be short listed for Personal Interview.
