Chief Manager (Technical) [Processing / Testing / Design / Tool Room] Qualifications: i). 2 years full time ME/ M.Tech. in Polymer/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering (Technology) or other relevant field with minimum 11 years Post-qualification experience (or) PhD in Polymer/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering (Technology) or other relevant field with minimum 9 years Post-qualification experience. ii). Candidates should have obtained full time first class in both UG and PG levels.  Manager (Technical) [Processing / Testing / Design / Tool Room] Qualifications: i). 2 years Full time ME/ M.Tech. in Polymer/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering (Technology) or other relevant field with minimum 8 years Post-qualification experience (or) PhD in Polymer/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering (Technology) or other relevant field with minimum 5 years Post-qualification experience. ii). Candidates should have obtained full time first class in both UG and PG levels.  Sr. Technical Officer [Processing/ Testing/ Design/ Tool Room]: Qualifications: i). 2 years Full time ME/ M.Tech. in Polymer/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering (Technology) or other relevant field with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience (or) PhD in Polymer/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering (Technology) or other relevant field with minimum 3 years post-qualification experience. ii). Candidates should have obtained full time first class in both UG and PG levels. Technical Officer [Processing/ Testing/ Design/ Tool Room] Qualifications: i). 2 years Full time ME/ M.Tech. in Polymer/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering (Technology) or other relevant field with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience (or) PhD in Polymer/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering (Technology) or other relevant field. ii). Candidates should have obtained Full time first class in both UG and PG levels.  Sr. Administrative Officer  Qualification: Full time MBA (HR)/ Postgraduate degree in Personnel Management. Candidates should have obtained First class in both UG and PG levels with minimum 5 years relevant post-qualification experience.
