250 Graduate Apprentice Engineers through GATE 2013 @ IOCL

IOCL are looking for energetic and dedicated Graduate Engineers for recruitment as Officers/ Graduate Apprentice Engineers (GAEs) in the following engineering disciplines:

Graduate Engineers: 250posts 1. Civil Engineering  2. Chemical Engineering  3. Computer Science & Information  4. Electrical Engineering  5. Instrumentation Engineering  6. Mechanical Engineering  7. Metallurgical Engineering Qualification: 1. Candidates should have passed qualifying degree examinations and awarded bachelor’s degree in engineering/ technology in the above mentioned disciplines (full time regular courses only) from recognized Indian Universities / Institutes. 2. Candidates, belonging to General and OBC (non- creamy layer) categories, should have secured minimum 65% marks in qualifying degree examinations. It is relaxed to ‘pass’ for Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) /People With Disability (PWD) candidates. 3. Candidates currently in final year of their engineering studies may also apply. However, if selected, they must be in a position to submit their final mark sheet by 31st August, 2013 4. For candidates pursuing/ completed M.Tech in any disciplines, other than mentioned above, for being eligible, they must have completed their BE/ B.Tech in one of the above disciplines and must take GATE-2013 examination in the discipline of their B.Tech. 5. Integrated ME/ M.Tech candidates will be eligible, if they have already completed the course requirement for awarding BE/ B.Tech in one of the disciplines advertised above and will be completing their ME/ M.Tech in 2013. At the end of the programme, if selected in Indian Oil, such candidates must have both BE/B.Tech and ME/M.Tech degree Age Limit: Maximum 26 years as on 30th June, 2013 for the general category candidates How to apply: The candidates will receive their GATE-2013 Registration Number printed on their admit card. On receipt of GATE registration number, the candidate will be required to apply to Indian Oil online.
